Critical thinking has never been more important, but to know how to think critically you must first know how you think.
This is an interactive experiment/talk about the brain, written by one of the writers of "Brille" and "Praktisk Info med Jon Almaas", and is based on the work of a Nobel Prize-winning researcher.
In this infotainment session the audience is drawn into a joint experiment where they are generating data on the fly, and get concrete examples that show how their brain works afterwards.
This works as a social break at an event, or even as a start to a team building day. The participants will definitively have a lot to talk about afterwards. Everything can be grounded in product development and how our knowledge about the brain can improve our processes and products.
You will be left with several concepts around cognitive illusions explained with understandable examples, and each participant will receive their own easy-to-read digital book with sources for further reading.
A session must have at least 15 participants, but has no upper limit. The talk can be held in English or Norwegian, and it works both in-person, hybrid and remote. The length is adjustable and works for 30, 40 og 60 minutes.
